Each child will have their own interests and preferences of materials they wish to engage with. Some have very specific ideas on what they will or will not use and others will utlise everything that is on offer throughout the process of therapy. For older children, it may be that they wish to communicate verbally or through the use of creative drawing or even writing. Each child's individual prefered methods are respected and facilitated as fully as possible to support the therapy.
